Savoring the Paleolithic

As part of a flint-knapping exercise in ANTH 1007 (Origins of Human Society), Barnard student Amanda Merritt successfully reproduced a number of Paleolithic stone cutting tools. Her family's Thanksgiving turkey provided an excellent opportunity to evaluate their efficacy. Amanda's mother (who recently learned of her own modest Neanderthal genetic contribution) was presumably very proud.
